1. Agreement to Terms

By using our App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Responsibility for Medical Information

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of health information, medical prescription images, or laboratory reports submitted through the application. The application bears no responsibility for any consequences resulting from submitting incorrect or inaccurate information.

4. Role of the Application

The application acts as a appointment booking system between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate healthcare services. It is not responsible for medical errors, service quality, or legal claims related to services provided by third parties.

5. Legal Use

Using the application for illegal or harmful purposes is prohibited. Misuse that causes annoyance or damage to others, the application, or service providers is also prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

6. Information Guarantee

The application strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, healthcare providers are responsible for the accuracy of details like appointments, service prices, and availability.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel confirmed reservations and request refunds within 24 hours by contacting the "LABAS" call center. Service providers may have special policies regarding refunds, and users should review them before confirming reservations.

8. Payments

Users are responsible for paying fees upon reservation confirmation. Payments are processed through approved electronic systems in Libya. The application is not responsible for payment errors caused by the user or payment service providers.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the application, including designs, logos, texts, and software, are the exclusive property of "LABAS." Unauthorized copying, modification, or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Security and Privacy

The application is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data.

11. Service Termination

The application may terminate or suspend user accounts for violating terms, providing false data, or misusing services.

12. Limitation of Liability

The application is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use. Disputes between users and service providers must be resolved directly between them.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Libyan courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.

15. Language Use

The terms and conditions are available in both Arabic and English. However, the Arabic version is the official and legally binding version.

In case of any conflict or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.

17. Notification of Amendments

The application reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

18. Account Creation and Use

Users may create only one account and must maintain confidentiality of login credentials. Sharing the account with others is prohibited, and the user bears full responsibility for any unauthorized use of their account.

19. User Obligations

The user undertakes not to upload any illegal, abusive, or content that violates local or international laws.

The user undertakes to use the application for personal purposes only, and not to use it for any commercial purposes without prior permission.

20. Data Retention

The application retains user data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

The user can request to delete their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

21. Advertising Policy

The application may contain third-party advertisements.

The application is not responsible for the content of advertisements or any transactions that occur between the user and advertisers.

22. Reporting Violations

In case of observing any violations or inappropriate content within the application, the user can report it through the reporting feature within the application or through the call center.
